1. Sponsor

This giveaway is sponsored by Roadster Shop under the Oil & Whiskey brand. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or any other platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 U.S. states and D.C., age 18 or older. Employees of Roadster Shop, affiliated partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Entry Period

The giveaway begins on November 25, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM CST on December 22, 2025.

4. How to Enter

a. Purchase-Based Entry:
For every $25 spent (excluding tax and shipping) on merch at www.OilandWhiskey.com during the Entry Period, you’ll receive one (1) entry into the giveaway. Example: Spend $50 = 2 entries. Spend $100 = 4 entries.
b. Free Entry (No Purchase Necessary): To enter without making a purchase, complete the form [Free Entry] by December 15, 2025.

5. Prizes

• Grand Prize (1 Winner): Roadster Shop–Branded Vyper Chair (MSRP $699)

• Second Prize (1 Winner): Oil & Whiskey Hat + Oil & Whiskey Mug (MSRP $50)

• Third Prize (1 Winner): Heatwave Visual Prize Pack (MSRP $65): Includes sunglasses, lens cleaner, lanyard, sticker, and pouch.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or about December 17, 2025, and will be notified via email. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternate winner may be selected.
